What we haul
Residential and commercial property work, single loads or multi-day cleanouts. We do not handle hazardous materials.
Units emptied on schedule
Storage facilities, apartment turnovers, and estate cleanouts. Junk and debris units are billed at a flat rate per unit with labor included, and no transportation fee.
Registered tire hauling
Scrap tires picked up, manifested, and delivered to a permitted receiving facility under Virginia DEQ Waste Tire Hauler registration 1192. Billed as transportation, dumping fees, and labor.
How a job gets priced
Four steps, in this order. An estimate is not the final price — scope shifts once the job is seen in person, and the final bill reflects what is actually there.

Appointment and final bill
The work is scheduled and the job is confirmed visually. The final invoice is issued once we know exactly what is being removed.

Payment before work
Payment is due when the final invoice is sent, in full, received no later than 24 hours before the scheduled work. Without it the work is not performed or continued.
Payment terms
Residential and commercial clients may split at 80% upfront and 20% Net 30. Government contracts run on the payment requirements agreed in the contract itself.
Costs that come in after the job — additional dumping fees, added loads — go on a payment plan for paid-in-full clients, or get added to the pending balance for 80/20 clients. Dumping fees and transportation are paid at time of service and billed at documented cost.
We accept ACH, Square, and Cash App. We do not accept checks.
Scheduled removal program
For commercial businesses and residential properties that need removal on a standing schedule. Monthly and weekly plans include Monday, Wednesday, and Friday scheduled removals, plus on-request pickups answered within 24 hours. Not available to individual residents.
